At AL SAFA PERFUME customer satisfaction is our priority. • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. • Product must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. • For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes or attars cannot be returned. • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Refund Process: • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. • Refund will be credited to the original payment method. • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
